- Jackie Kraybill Howard needs funding and social media access for fall sale
- Discussion: Jackie is doing social media ads for the fall sale, $100-200?
- Dan – should have been budgeted and factored into the booth rates for the fall sale. Want to know if it is coming out of proceeds from the sale or from reserves?
- Sarah – booth fees are already paid; no commission. Last year, anyway. Booth fee has been raised, but doesn’t know if it includes social media ads.
- Talk with Judilee’s marketing group.
- Investing the saving acct at a higher interest rate. .1% now; Wells Fargo offering 5%. Agree to move to Wells Fargo.
- Jackie needs access to the facebook account. Some sort of access issue.
- Schedule Next Meeting
- October 26th, 7pm via Zoom
- Close
- Meeting adjourned 8:31pm
Long Range Planning discussion notes
- Looking at spaces in MAC
- What is the goal for the LRPC
- 2022-2023 meeting costs $4207 ($237, Auditorium for 3 hours, room 30 $120 gym $160) Total $8770
