Intermediate sewer preferred.

HOMEMADE VS HANDMADE – SUPPLY LIST

• Handwoven fabric – 8-10, 8” squares suggested
• Cutting mat and rotary cutter, if available
• Glass headed silk pins
• Tape measure and hem gauge
• Shears and scissors
• Sewing machine in good working condition with all appropriate feet
• Working steam iron and padded surface – can be shared
• Ham
• Clapper
• Pressing cloth – old tea towels are great
• Clear ruler 2” x 24″, preferred
• Hand sewing needle
• 2 colored pencils
• Point turner
• Applique scissors, optional

PHG determines workshop fees on a sliding scale based on the number of participants. Here is a sampling of estimated workshop fees by number of participants PHG and WEGO-affiliated guild members:

• 8 – $187
• 15 – $93
• 20 – $69
• If you are not currently a member in good standing of PHG or a WEGO-affiliated guild, you will be charged an additional $25. Not sure if your guild is WEGO-affiliated? Check here: Membership Guild List

As a reminder that while the total cost varies by number of registrations. We have 20 spots available. If we receive more than the minimum registrants, as is typical, and your deposit is higher than the final workshop fee, we will refund you the difference. Conversely, if the workshop fee is higher than the deposit, we will invoice you for the difference.
