PHG Meeting Info

NOTICE: Meetings will be held both in-person and on Zoom until further notice. Zoom links are provided in the PHG Calendar where Zoom participation is available.

PHG meets on the second Thursday of every month during September - June at the Multnomah Art Center.

Morning Meetings 10am - noon, 9:30am social
Evening Meetings 7pm - 9pm, 6:30 social

Meetings are free and open to the public. Meetings generally follow the same agenda:

  1. Welcome (Chris Rossi)
  2. Approval of 2021-2022 Budget (Chris Rossi and Lynette Peterson)
    • Questions:
      1. Noting that Facility Rental is renting rooms at the MAC; Closet Rental is the Guild’s storage space at the MAC
    • Vote: The 2021-2022 Budget was approved unanimously.
  3. Election of Officers
    • Sarah McCully-Posner, President
    • Lynette Peterson, Treasurer
    • Lynne Fitzsimmons, Secretary
    • Vote: The slate of officers was approved/elected
  4. Show and Tell and Announcements (Linda Edquist)
  5. Program (Janis Johnson)
    • Janis presented the history of The Mannequin Project
    • Each of the “Mannequin Mamas” told about creating the ensemble for their mannequin.
