Books
- Weaving for Beginners by Peggy Osterkamp. Great explanations, clear illustrations, and lays flat, too!
- Learning to Weave by Deborah Chandler. An old classic that has a place on a lot of weavers’ shelves.
Periodicals
Handwoven Magazine, published by Long Thread Media. A quarterly magazine for the weaving community. “Connect with the handweaving world through Handwoven. Every issue is packed with projects, instruction, and inspiration to help you build technical skills and design confidence.”
